Hi, to keep it simple and short: I’m an outdoor enthusiast from Luxembourg, in love with long-distance running and multisport endurance events such as triathlon. The longer the better;) To satisfy my permanent hunger and cravings for chocolate is quite a challenge…but fortunately I love to cook and bake.

It was during my travels but also competitions that I noticed how uninformed many people still are regarding their nutrition, when to eat what or even training in general. This is quite surprising particularly for endurance athletes as it is today easier than ever to get information about food or sport nutrition. The web is flooded with training and other valuable tips, with thousands of athlete websites and food blogs. But no one has genuinely tried to offer information with corresponding recipes. So that is what I will try to do.

Next to some travel and event information, you will find recipes for the modern runner, triathlete or endurance sport athlete who tries to integrate healthy food covering additional nutritional requirements into his/her busy life or any active person who keeps his/her eyes for healthy, varied recipes. Most athletes attach great importance to training and equipment but lose sight of their nutrition. Without correct fuelling, you will unable to get to the finish line faster. I have to admit that it is not always easy to know what to eat when but I hope that I will be able to help you a bit. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any enquiry.
